Garden 1 – Indian Camp DayliliesThe Blossoming Journey of Indian Camp Daylilies
What began as a simple trip to buy a couple of daylilies has flourished into a deep-rooted passion—Indian Camp Daylilies. Our journey into the world of hybridizing started with curiosity but quickly grew into an obsession. The excitement of waiting for new crosses to bloom, each unveiling its unique beauty, became an irresistible thrill. Much of our inspiration and knowledge comes from the generosity of local daylily hybridizers who welcomed us like family. Mary Frank and Phillip Gaskins, along with Mark and June Singletary of Jammin’s Daylily Farm, shared their wealth of expertise and their enduring love for these remarkable flowers. Their mentorship has been invaluable, and we remain deeply grateful for their friendship and guidance. As active members of the Valdosta Daylily Club, we continuously expand our knowledge and appreciation of daylilies. This learning journey has fueled the growth of Indian Camp Daylilies, allowing us to cultivate a thriving collection. Today, our garden is home to over seven hundred cultivars, and as of 2025, Dave and Regina have proudly introduced seven unique daylily varieties. Additionally, we offer select seedlings that, while not meeting our introduction standards, still showcase remarkable beauty. Each year, we nurture over two thousand seedlings, eager to see what nature has in store. Nestled on two acres in Nashville, Berrien County, Georgia, Indian Camp Daylilies is a haven for both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Visitors to our garden will find an extensive collection of raised beds, in-ground plantings, and hundreds of potted cultivars available for sale. The landscape is ever-evolving, with new additions enhancing its charm each season. Adding to the garden’s character, our roosters and hens serve as lively guardians, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere from sunrise to sunset. Our love for daylilies continues to blossom, and we are excited to share this journey with others. Whether you are an experienced hybridizer, a casual gardener, or just beginning to appreciate the beauty of daylilies, we invite you to visit Indian Camp Daylilies and experience the magic for yourself.
